After studying German, French and Spanish literature in Stuttgart and Barcelona, she became a commissioning editor and drama consultant for SDR, later SWR.
She was responsible for the Stuttgart section of the long-running nationwide crime series Tatort for many years, and she continues to develop this successful format.
She has also been involved in the co-production of feature films for TV and cinema, short films and series, including the recent series “Etty” from Hagai Levi and other international productions.
She is a member of the EBU Fiction Bureau and the FabFiction initiative for international series production, and has worked as a lecturer in storytelling at the Film Academy Ludwigsburg.
