Llinos Griffin

Llinos Griffin-Williams is a BAFTA and multi-award winning Executive Producer and senior media executive with over twenty years’ experience across unscripted, scripted, children’s, sport and digital content for UK and international broadcasters.
Currently Director (CEO) of White Fire Media Ltd, Llinos is an experienced international co-producer and content consultant working across the UK, North America, Europe and APAC. She previously served as Chief Content Officer at S4C, the Welsh Public Service Broadcaster, where she achieved record audiences and negotiated the world-first PSB FAST-channel partnership with Ryan Reynolds, Maximum Effort and FUBO, launching Welsh content to audiences across the US and Canada.
As Creative Director at Wildflame Productions, she grew a premium international slate of co-productions and award-winning factual content for BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, Discovery+, Paramount+ and Smithsonian Channel, winning Broadcast’s Best Place to Work in TV 2022.
A former Vice Chair of the Royal Television Society Wales and board member of BBC Children in Need, Llinos is a Realscreen International Jury Chair, a Rose d’Or judge and founder of Fierce Females, a women in TV network. She has always been an active champion of diversity, inclusion and emerging talent across the UK creative industries.
