Tom Swingler is a BAFTA-winning television producer and the Executive Producer of Channel 4’s
hit series The Jury, having worked across all three seasons.
He previously worked as a Series Producer across a wide range of documentary formats,
including history programming, presenter-led films, drama-docs, specialist factual rig shows and
observational series. Tom specialises in access-led documentaries, working with organisations
such as IKEA (Flatpack Empire) and the Department for Work and Pensions (Universal Credit:
Inside the Welfare State).
He has also edit-produced major UK titles including SAS: Who Dares Wins (C4), Surgeons: At the
Edge of Life (BBC), and Emergency (C4). His core passion remains production—working closely
with teams on the ground, conducting interviews, directing crews, and shaping the editorial
narrative of each project.
