Cia Edström is a consultant heading the international conference and co-financing market, TV Drama Vision at the Göteborg Film Festival (GFF). She is also part of the editorial team for the annual international report Nostradamus, providing insights into the near future of the screen industries, presented by the Göteborg Film Festival. Her professional journey includes experience in the event and cultural sectors, as well as at the Swedish Film Institute. During her time at the institute from 2000 to 2006, she led a department focused on enhancing knowledge and training as well as networking within the film industry. From 2005 to 2022, she served as the head of the international industry program at the GFF including Nordic Film Market, TV Drama Vision and Nostradamus.
