Synnøve Hørsdal (b. 1969) is one of the owners of the Norwegian production company Maipo Film and was part of the company’s founding in 2000. Since then, she has produced over 50 titles across various genres, including the box office hit Louis & Luca: The Snow Machine, the Sundance winner Happy Happy and the CannesSeries-winning series State of Happiness. She has also played a key role in several international co-productions. Hørsdal has led Maipo Film for 15 years and currently holds positions on multiple boards in the business.
